Spirit Sound Walkers – Making YOUR Drum

Join the Oldham County History Center for the second meeting of the year for Spirit Sound Walkers includes a Drum Circle Workshop. The Mission of Spirit Sound Walkers is as follows: As an Indigenous led gathering of hand drummers, we welcome all who come in the spirit of respect and caring. Through drum, song, and shared support, we create a space of belonging where sacred traditions are honored and individual paths uplifted.

Membership into this drumming circle for the year is $200 per individual and includes:
Membership to the Oldham County History Center for 2026
14″ drum and drumstick
Ribbon shirt (men)
Ribbon skirt (women)
Meeting refreshments

Spirit Sound Walkers will meet once per month in addition to performing at local events and participating in feasts and ceremonies throughout the year.
